New Patient Visit ($140.00)– This initial consultation includes an hour long visit with the provider to review the complete patient history and labs, discuss questions and concerns, conduct a physical exam, and collaborate on a treatment plan. **Please note-Patients who have not been seen in over a year will be charged the new patient visit fee.**
Follow up Visit ($90.00)- During your follow-up consultations, we will spend approximately 45 minutes with you. This time is used to review lab and saliva testing results. We will discuss concerns and effectiveness of current therapies and possible new treatment plans.
**Please note-Appointments to review multiple lengthy lab reports may incur an additional fee of $15.00 for every 15 mins over the 45 min allotted appointment time.**
-It may be necessary to see patients every three months until treatment is stabilized. Once a patient reaches maintenance, they will need to be seen once every six months.
Telephone Consultation- $90.00 (30-45 minutes)
Telephone consultations are utilized to review lab and saliva testing results and to develop a plan based on these results. These consults are treated the same as any appointment. Phone consults can only be utilized after the initial in-office new patient exam. Shorter conversations may be charged less at the providers discretion.
Women’s Annual Exam-$140.00 This visit includes a gynecological exam and pap smear. Due to time constraints, this appointment will be schedule by itself and not included in a new patient or follow up exam.
Sick/Illness visits: Starting at $90.00 -We are able to assess and treat a variety of illnesses, including but not limited to strep throat, common cold, UTI, Flu, and more. The initial cost does not include the cost of any additional testing (such as a strep test).
**Multiple e-mails and lengthy phone calls may incur a charge**
Previous medical records should be received by our office at least 48 hours before your appointment. Contact your previous physician for copies or to authorize a release. All records can be mail or faxed to our office.

Request for Medical Records
All requests for copies of Medical records must be in writing. All patients can receive a copy free of charge. Additional copies may incur a charge. While we will make every effort to complete these requests quickly, the law allows 30 days to process a records request.
Although we do not process insurance in our office, your lab testing might be covered by insurance depending on the tests that are ordered. We will work with you to determine appropriate testing. Please contact your insurance company to find out coverage and in-network labs for your plan.
Any vitamins or supplements recommended by the provider can be purchased through our office. We stock pharmaceutical grade supplements, free of dairy, corn, and soy. It may be possible to use your flex spending card for purchase. A letter of medical necessity is available for products recommended and purchased at the office.
Low cost labs to include paps are available

- Cancellation Policy/Late Arrivals
- In the event of appointment cancellation, we ask that patients give notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If the cancellation is within 24 hours, the patient will incur a $25.00 fee.
- Please do your best to arrive at your scheduled time. To keep patients from waiting, your appointment will still end at the appropriate time. This may reduce the amount of time you get to spend with your provider. The full visit charge will still apply.

- We accept all major credit cards, check, cash, health savings accounts, and flex spending accounts.
- Insurance information
We do not directly bill insurance for medical services provided at our clinic. We cannot assure you that services (office visits, phone consults or lab tests) will be reimbursed. We will however provide you with a receipt/superbill that includes diagnosis codes to assist you with possible insurance reimbursement.
Please contact your health insurance company for more details about reimbursement, some plans may provide partial to full reimbursement for services provided at our office. We are often able to submit your labs through to insurance. Prescriptions for supplements can be written and may be reimbursable if medically necessary. Discount labs available.
Phone Message and Refills
Patients may message the provider through their portal account at patientfusion.com. If you cannot access your account, please call the office for assistance. You may also call the office and leave a message for the provider. While we do check our voicemail frequently, please be aware that there may be a delay in returning your call. We will make every effort to return your call as quickly as possible. All calls left after hours will be returned the next business day. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING AN EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR GO TO THE ER. Do not leave a message.

It may take up to 72 business hours to refill a prescription. Additionally, the office is closed on Wednesdays. Please call in advance for all refills.
Primary Care Practitioner
Robin does provide primary care services such as pap smears, sick visits, and yearly physicals. If you are interested in designating Robin as your primary care practitioner, you must request this on your new patient paperwork. Robin will review your history and evaluate if she is best suited to become your primary care practitioner. Those with complex chronic diseases may need to continue with their primary care. If Robin is seeing you for a specific issue like thyroid disease or hormones, she will manage those issues specifically. You will still need to contact your primary care doctor for refills on unrelated prescriptions.
